Furthermore, our Compact Vibrating Tables come in 3 versions: VTV-S, VTV-L and VTV-XL. This way, they can adapt to the dimensions and loads of your applications. Besides, we manufacture all vibrating tables on demand to the desired dimensions (max: 800 x 800). They can either be delivered “bare” (motor speed is constant, 3000 V/min) or with a frequency converter in its control panel (motor speed is variable, 0 to 6000 rpm, from 0 to 100 Hz).

This way, our VTV Compact Vibrating Tables are perfect for all your conveying and acceleration resistance mechanical tests. Our clients also use them for operations such as packing, compacting or tamping concrete or powdered matter.

Standard description:

• Aluminum casing (4 sides), epoxide paint;

• Steel tubular chassis, epoxide paint;

• Steel or Fortal tray (excl. XL-size tables);

• Thermal treatment, machine-welded;

• Adjustable fixings or stop brackets to fix your product available on request;

• Stainless Steel feet, with non-slip coating or steel saddle supports;

• Unidirectional and multidirectionnal vibrations;

• 2 vibrating motors (0-6000 V/min, from 0 to 100 Hz)

• Max. Load: 40 kg (S-size), 80 kg (L-size), 150 kg (XL-size);

• Control panel with frequency converter, circuit breaker, potentiometer, warning light…

• Our tables come with the following certificates: ISO 9001, CE (motors) and ATEX (Ex II 3 GD) (motors)

• Compact Vibrating Tables from the VTV range are available in their “bare” version, without a control panel.
